View from the front. My townhouse is a single-level floor plan, with a full, unfinished basement and 2-car garage.

My huge kitchen with nearly infinite cabinet and drawer space.

More kitchen. Note the huge pantry in addition to all of the storage shown in the photo to the left.

Master bedroom. I got to reuse the drapes from the apartment in Denver.

Master bathroom. Note that I got the double sink that was on my "required" list.

Dining room. That's a gas fireplace in the background on the left. The living room is on the other side of the fireplace. Notice that I replaced the awful green-upholstered chairs with a set of micro-fiber executive chairs.

Second bedroom. Rather on the small side at 10x12, but sufficient.

This is the view of the computer setup that is not quite visible in the photo to the left.

Second bathroom. I suppose I should have put the lid down before taking the picture :-)

Living room, viewed from the dining room. Note my housewarming present to myself: the 42" plasma TV!

Another angle on the living room.

I built this end table while living in the apartment in Denver. It's exactly the height of the sofa.

This is the hallway to the second bedroom, and the stairs to the basement, as viewed from the dining room.

This, and the 4 following photos, show a panoramic twirl around the basement. This area, with the furnace and A/C on the left, is my "general storage area."

This is my "workshop area." More tools, of course, are likely to populate this area over time.

This is my "fitness area." My original TV and DVD player are on the table, along with a supply of Star Trek series DVD's. Been doing my fitness thing every other day like clockwork.

This area, about 16x20, is "unassigned." It might make a nice tango practice area since the concrete is very smoothe, or maybe a whips-n-chains dungeon or a private porn production studio. I'm open to suggestions.

Yes, I finally got these awfully unstylish (but thoroughly practical) storage drawers out of the dining room!

A view of the garage (with unpainted drywall and 12' ceilings), taken from the door that leads, in 4 steps, to the kitchen counter.  Great for unloading groceries.

Quite a bit of the natural-finish woodwork had suffered from scraped or peeled varnish. Compare the top and bottom halves of the photo. This shows what wonders can be wrought with a quick swipe of tung oil finish.

This shows the customized hand rail (made from ubiquitous PVC pipe) that I added to my treadmill. The existing rails on the side must have been designed for very short runners :-)
